You feel like you are way far out of town because there are lots of trees and nature, birds and bunnies- but you are just 8 minute car ride from downtown New Paltz, 5 minutes to uptown. WiFi is strong and works outside. Lots of outdoor space-your own patio + your own backyard lounge area with chairs, fire pit, tiki torches to side of the house. Pool upon request. Apartment is large with lots of windows and has all new furniture. Walking trails through the woods surrounding the house. This is a two story home. You have the 1st floor private apartment to yourself with separate entrance, parking space, you have a stone patio to yourself and the side of house near your apartment is an outdoor hang out space with chairs, fire pit, and tiki torches. We also just built a walking/biking trail through the woods surrounding the house you can use as well. Recently added a large 16x32 foot pool!!! (Accessible June July and August upon request so we can prep it) If you are into biking you can store your bikes in our shed or garage. We have two sweet dogs but who may be outside when you arrive and will come up to say hi. If you do not want this just let me know your arrival time and I will make sure they are inside. We have made space outside just for guests to the side of the house, that is all yours. If you want to also use our backyard with basketball, trampoline, playground, you are welcome to it but please let us know first. Biking/walking trail, large swimming pool, parking, bike storage, your own stone patio in front of your apartment that you have to yourself and a private backyard space to the side of apartment with fire pit, tiki touches, lounge chairs, (with grill if you request.) Plus if you want to also use our own large backyard space another fire pit, playground, trampoline, lots of space for soccer and basketball please let us know and we can accommodate. I may or may not be in town during your visit. If I am, I will be working most of the time. If you need something you can send me a text. Close to downtown new paltz for shopping and restaurants, rail trail for biking and walking. Minewaska for hiking, biking, swimming. Mohonk Mountain House for day pass. Split Rock for swimming in small waterfall. Close to kayak rental for Wallkill River and and bike rental on River to ridge bike path. Apple farm and farm-stand across the street. Close to farms, orchards, breweries, vineyards. Close to town- 8 minute drive. I know the area well so if you need recommendations for any kinds on activities, just let me know.
