The apartment is part of a newly built family house in the center of Split, 5 minutes walk from the city center, consists of a ground floor and first floor (total 225 m2) which are connected by an internal staircase with a private swimming pool and barbecue house. The apartment is suitable for a quiet family vacation. Smoking, loud music and parties are not allowed. Guests are not allowed to bring people into the apartment who are not guests of the apartment. The space Our apartment is located in a quiet family neighbourhood with virtually no traffic and a 5 minute walk from the center of town. Guests have exclusive access to a large private area which consists of the pool, garden and BBQ house. Guest access Basement, second and top floor, those are parts of the house which are not for rent and are not part of the apartment. Other things to note The owners can arrange a wide variety of services, such organizing massages, hiking trips or bike trips with a professional guide.
