Ground floor apartment on the seafront. One double bedroom and two living rooms with double sofa beds. Towels and bedding Separate shower room and toilet, air conditioning, full-fibre wifi and cable TV. Hair dryer, hot air styler, steam iron and ironing board. Kitchen with crockery, cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils, pans, microwave/grill, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. A few minutes walk to supermarkets, restaurants, tram and bus stops. The space An immaculate, ground floor, air conditioned apartment. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom 1, a double sofa bed in bedroom 2 and a double sofa bed in the living room. There is a baby bed and stroller (up to 15kg) available. The apartment does not have a sea view but has a front entrance on the Promenade des Anglais, which is opposite the beach. The rear entrance opens directly onto the Avenue de la Californie (see photos) with great amenities including restaurants and supermarkets, and for food lovers there are a range of great shops selling fresh pasta, fresh fish and oysters, a specialist shop for connoisseurs of wines and champagnes and several superb patisseries. LIVINGROOM/DINER The American kitchen is fitted with a combination microwave/grill/oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge with freezer section and ice trays. There is also a filter coffee machine, toaster, iron and ironing board. The living room area has cable TV, a dining table with four chairs and a double sofa bed. BEDROOM 1 The bedroom has a double bed (bed linen provided), duvet, pillows and HD TV. There is plenty of storage space in a double wardrobe and a large chest of draws. BEDROOM 2 This has a double sofa bed (bed linen provided), chest of drawers, storage units and remote controlled ceiling fan. SHOWER ROOM AND WC There is a shower room with stylish sink unit, towels and a separate WC with amenities including a hair dryer and power point. ACCESSIBILITY The apartment is on the ground floor and is all on one level. The apartment has no internal steps, a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The rear entrance is level with the pavement. PETS Pets are welcome and the Promenade is perfect for dog walking, running behind your bike or popping into a designer doggy shoulder bag like the locals. A couple of dog bowls and a dog bed and blanket are available on request. Guest access An English-speaking 'greeter' will meet you with the keys and show you how things work. Although you are asked to check-in after 2pm and check-out before 11am you are welcome to request alternative times, which we will try to accommodate depending on the itinerary of the previous and subsequent guests. You can also arrange to leave your luggage at the apartment. Other things to note The apartment is fully self-contained and you have it to yourselves!
