The space The space The Ground Floor has the main entrance, the kitchen all equipped of course, a "laundry room", one wc for guest, 1 smaller bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a wc and a shower, 2 bedrooms with double beds and their own bathroom with a bathtub. All the bedrooms are looking on the seaside. And there is the dinning and living room on the garden side. The first floor has 3 others bedrooms, one master with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and wc. The second bedroom with a double is on the garden side, with his own bathroom with a bathtub and wc. The third room on the garden and seaside has a private little veranda, the bedroom has also one double bed and the bathroom is with a shower and a wc. And there is a large living too ! but no kitchen on this level ! And there is lovely veranda on the seaside. All the bedroom have their own tv with cable There is an free WiFi. The swimming pool and the garden are lovely and peaceful. The sea in front of the Villa is very clean so you can have a swim but the children usually prefer the beach by 5 minutes by foot because of the sand !! Guest access FRONT YARD GARDEN & SEA VIEW From the 2 veranda located on the ground floor and first floor, you can relax by watching the contrast of green and bleu, the green from the front garden and the relaxing Bleu of the Sea….which is the perfect recipe to finally rest…. SWIMMING POOL & BACKYARD SIDE : From this side, the ambiance is more intimate….from the outdoor living space you can enjoy the swimming pool and the whole backyard garden with the trees, grass and plants and flower with their delicate odors. FOR THE KIDS ON THE PROPERTY : -Swimming Pool of course -Ping-pong -A lot of Space all around to run and play (tree-house, swing) Other things to note THE SEA IS JUST ACROSS THE STREET OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY Just cross the street and enjoy the SEA which is super clean as can testify the presence of sea urchin…be careful. No beach so there is nobody standing outside. For the Kids…and because the children usually prefer the beach with sand….there is a lot all around and the nearest is 5 minutes by foot.
