Rosabella Beach House is only 250m to Rosebud beach and reserve, Park (Village Green), shops, cafes, mini-golf, cinema. The wineries, restaurants, surf beaches, parks, and golf courses of the Mornington Peninsula are all only a short drive away. Great for getaways for couples, families and extended families. The front lounge has two couches, reverse cycle air conditioning and a 50" LCD TV, and adjoins the kitchen/meals area. Bedrooms 1: Main - queen bed and built-in robe 2: The Bunk-room - double bed (with single bunk on top) + single bed (room for a family of four) 3: The Sunroom has a double sofa-bed, and doubles as a second living area - ideal for kids - has 42" TV and board games. The main bathroom has a bath/shower plus there are separate toilet and shower rooms. Enjoy the morning sunshine or shade under the trees in the backyard with full size clothes line. Doonas and pillows are supplied. Linen is an additional cost (minimum fee $200) - request at time of booking. Note the maximum stay is 28 nights No smoking indoors. We follow the Mornington Peninsula council Short Stay accommodation regulations and as the house in a local neighbourhood street we will not accept bookings for groups which are not suitable guests - e.g. schoolies (or under age 25), hens, bucks etc. Registration Number STRA1122/18 We will request photo ID.
