It overlooks the bay towards Brenton on Sea, is 3 minutes walk from the Blue Flag beach, and 15 meters away from the water’s edge. The house was originally built in 1958. In 2019 it was enlarged and fully revamped to celebrate its olden day charm and sophistication. It has a sparkly clean, beach feel – set in the nostalgia of a 1950’s seaside holiday. The space La Dolce Vita Ground-Floor House comprises 2 large bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms, outside braai, a fully equipped kitchen with central farm style dining, and a large lounge with TV. There is a lot of space that is ideal for a family or 2 couples. Has Wifi and DSTV. There is a lovely outside shower and lots of space for outside living – from lying in the sun and observing the surfers and dolphins, to sitting down to a braai. Best for magnificent sunrises. The house is cool in summer and warm in winter with wooden floors and natural ventilation. Paddle fans in bedrooms and the lounge. The house has an inverter and therefore lights and TV continue to work during loadshedding. Gas hob is ideal for cooking. The Ground-Floor House is on the entire ground floor (130m2 interior) with large decks accessed from the main bedroom and lounge. A neat lawn and 2 beautiful milkwoods surround this level of the house. Fabulous views of the ocean extend through the house and the sun pours in all day long. Wonderful to sit on lawn with the birds about, whilst chatting to the folks that pass by or gazing at the stars at night. The Ground-Floor house is ideal for children. A picket fence surrounds the garden. Main bedroom: Queen bed 2nd bedroom: Queen bed with roll out bed underneath. (bedroom 2 suitable for a max of 3 people). The house is fitted with European style windows to allow for safe opening at night or whilst on the beach. The Ground-Floor House is equipped with its own dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, bar fridge, kettle, toaster, ice-maker, blender, dehumidifier, snackwich maker & coffee machine (pods). Guest access The whole ground level can be accessed and is private.
