The studio is in the heart of Brussels. It is perfectly located: 1 min !! walk to the Grand Place. The equipment is brand new. Public transport is a 2-minute walk away. Restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets can be found nearby. The space Beautiful studio very well located! Large living room with a bed 2 people and sofabed 1 person. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a lock. Blanket and towels are provided. ----------------------------------------------------- The apartment can accommodate 3 people, 2 in the double bed, and 1 on the gray sofa bed. Bed sheets and towels are provided. This apartment is on the second floor, and there are 2 elevators in the building. Additional fees: - If you book for 2 people and require single beds, there is a charge of 10 euros (this must be mentioned before the arrival date, otherwise it will not be provided). - If you require extra cleaning, there is an additional charge of 15 euros. - If you need extra bed sheets and/or towels, the extra charge is 10 euros. We would like to remind you that it is strictly forbidden to bring items that are considered illegal in Belgium. Other things to note If a loud party is held in the property after 10:00 p.m., a 1,000€ fine will be applied.
