Our beautiful villa is ideal for families with 3 large double bedrooms. It is strategically located in Kuta and is 10-15 min walk from world famous Kuta beach; Waterbom Park, Discovery Mall, Lippo Mall and Kuta Square. Why stay in a hotel? The space The villa is a 2 story property comprising 3 large double bedrooms all with ensuites. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and the 2 upstairs bedrooms each have 2 single beds. One of the upstairs bedrooms opens on to a furnished sheltered outdoor area. Bed linen, towels and soap are provided in all bedrooms. All bathrooms have hot and cold showers and all bedrooms have air-conditioning. On the ground floor there is a large open space area incorporating seating areas, a dining area and adjacent kitchen equipped with cutlery and crockery. The western style kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking stove and microwave oven. A water dispenser is provided for the provision of drinking water. The lounge area is equipped with a flat screen TV connected to the Indonesian satellite TV provider Indovision which offers a selection of Indonesian and international channels such as CNN. The villa is also equipped with wifi internet access through a roof mounted aerial. At the rear of the property there is a tropical garden area with a Bali Bengong (gazebo or cabana). A washing machine and drying racks are provided at the rear of the kitchen. A large swimming pool is available to be used by our guests at the Best Western Hotel which is adjacent to the entry into the complex. As a condition of using the pool facility it is required by the hotel that guests spend a nominal amount on food and drinks. As most villas in Bali do not provide safety fences around interior swimming pools our guests with children need have no such concern. The complex is equipped with 24 hour security at the main entrance. A free cleaning service is provided twice a week. Guest access The Kuta Royal complex is within easy access of the airport. A taxi from the airport costs approx. Rp. 100,000. Other things to note Guests are required to present their passports at the Kuta Royal office on arrival to enable a photocopy to be made. Keys to the villa will then be provided to guests. Soap, toilet paper and drinking water are provided on arrival, however, refills are the responsibilities of guests.
