Thanks to its idyllic location, it offers the opportunity to comfortably visit all the major attractions. The property is surrounded by an immense park, part of a nature reserve – an area for the repopulation and capture of pheasants, hares and wild boars. The property includes 23 hectares of land divided between vineyards, olive groves, park, forest and breeding of racehorses and also houses a 7 x 14 m swimming pool equipped with deckchairs and parasols (open only in summer) with an enchanting view of the beautiful Tuscan hills. The old 19th-century manor house has been completely renovated following the typical Tuscan tradition and divided into 12 apartments.
