Private parking. 2 Bedroom cottage (2nd queen bed in studio area) has a galley kitchen. 2 queen beds and a sectional couch. Central Air-conditioning and Central Heating. Private deck and yard with fire pit. We provide all linens, blankets, pillows and towels for bathrooms. Cable TV and WIFI. Room for a boat available. No prom parties No pets There is a ramp to access the cottage for a wheel chair and the bathroom is oversized for a cottage (3 foot wide door). Wheel-chair accessible bath but just a shower, no tub. Please refer to the rental agreement for refunds. Refunds are possible if I can rerent the same time, terms and price. You are reserving a cottage and all advertising is blocked once you reserve so please be sure. Being a resort destination, I cannot automatically accept a Sat as a check-in, check-out date without paying the weekend rate.
