Family country house for nature lovers. Located in the Regional Natural Park of Le Perche, It has a terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding pastures. The garden, of 1200m2, counts some apple trees. It has a beautiful fireplace and a stove for beautiful evenings near the fire. Warm and welcoming, our house is equipped for children too. It is ideal for weekends with friends or family. The space It is an ideal starting point for hiking or cycling. For horse riders, an equestrian center is located 5km from the village. For tennis players, I put at your disposal the keys to a rented tennis court in a nearby village (2,8km, from april to october). Markets - Saturday morning in Mortagne au Perche (10km) - Tuesday morning in L'Aigle (27km) A binder will be available with different emergency numbers, activities, walks and visits to be made in the area. Comfortable and warm, with an area of 128m2, this is the ideal country house to accommodate all family (adults and childrens too). - On the ground floor: kitchen and large farmhouse table and benches, living room, 1 bathroom (italian shower+ sink) with toilet, bedroom with double bed with bathroom (italian shower + sink). - Upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed + 1 child bed, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds + 1 sofa, 1 large mezzanine with 1 double bed + 1 single bed. Appliances: dishwasher, washing-machine, tumble-drier, microwave, fridge, small freezer, gas stove, cast iron cooker, 2 crepe makers, blender, electric juicer, cake molds, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, television, DVD player, amp and high speakers with jack cable to listen to your music via your smartphones, hair dryer. Free Wifi access. A baby bed and a high chair are available on request. Indoor activities: board games and cards, books and novels as well. For children: Books, Kappla, dollhouse, rocking horse, Lego, puzzles, disguises), TV upstairs with many DVDs (cartoons and movies). Important: -the house does not have a television in the living room, it is a personal and family choice.
