A newly refurbished Lodge, quiet location overlooking a fishing lake on Caer Beris holiday park near Builth Wells. parking for 2 vehicles (car’s only due to park rules) charcoal BBQ, picnic bench and parasol, dining table and furniture . New decking in 2024. Smart TV channels only. Dogs welcome. surrounded by wildlife and picturesque scenery. Fishing on the lake opposite also on the River Wye via a permit from the newsagents. Have a bigger family? we also own 5f, sleeps 4, 1 double & 1 twin The space Please note: This site does not allow campervans, commercial vans or trailers. No work related bookings Open plan living room, dining and kitchen to entertain with the patio doors open onto the decking area. 3 cosy newly decorated bedrooms. 1 king bed, 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Each with their own space saving hanging for your clothes with a shoe rack below. Our lodge is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by wildlife with the sound of running water. Why not sit on our wooden bench overlooking a private site fishing lake. Day fishing permits can be purchased to do a spot of coarse fishing form the newsagents in the town, then walk for 2 minutes back to the lodge for a well deserved cuppa or something a little stronger maybe! We have a security night light above the front door so you can enjoy the warm evenings outside around the firepit and BBQ. New Decking with plenty of seating to enjoy the Welsh air. Flowing through the holiday park is the River Irfon, which on low tide you can access via the large field at the bottom of the site to enjoy the pebbles areas with your dogs or children. A short walk through the site is the beautiful Caer Beris Manor, formerly owned by Lord Swansea. 5 minutes drive from Builth Wells and 20 minutes from the stunning Elan Valley Dams. Guest access Surrounded by trees and hedges making it very private, with 2 small grassed area's with 1 large picnic table and parasol, 1 glass table, 2 chairs and 1 bench to enjoy the sunshine and summer evenings around the firepit and BBQ. Other things to note The site allows dogs but must be on a lead at all times. There is a strict 5mph on the whole of the site. The site does not allow commercial vehicles, campervans, horse boxes or trailers so unfortunately we can not take bookings if the stay is work related. Apologies
