The property borders directly on a large undeveloped nature reserve with pine forests and olive groves at the back. The house is located in a quiet residential area / cul-de-sac, it is only about 400 m to the beach promenade. Enough parking spaces in front of the house. Excellent restaurants within walking distance (6 min). We can provide yoga mats and baby cots on request. Please note this on the enrolment form, which you will receive after booking. Forest and hiking trails, museums, farmer's markets 2-3x/week, excursions, water sports, boat and yacht rentals in the marina, tennis, golf, yoga, children's playgrounds, botanical garden, churches and much more are available on site or nearby. The house has just been prepared for rental and has been generously renovated to a high standard. Bookings can be cancelled free of charge within the first 24 hours. After booking, you will receive a a registration form, a bit later comprehensive information about the house, restaurant tips and detailed directions. Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed and introduced to the house. For each booking, a final cleaning fee is charged on site. We will arrange a cleaning company for this. They will charge 250 euros in cash for this. TIP: Sometimes we grant considerable discounts at short notice for free days in the booking calendar, especially from November to March. Check it out, it's worth it! Please note that in the high season (from April to October) Checkin is only possible on Saturdays. Bookings are only accepted on a weekly basis during this period. Exceptions, although very rare, are sometimes possible on request. In the low season (November to March) the minimum booking is only 5 days, arrivals and departures are possible at any time. Our caretakers are available for our guests if needed during their stay. The house does not have a lift and is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the external and internal stairs. We recommend suitcases that are not too large and heavy. The house has a freely accessible swimming pool and an internal staircase without railings, see photos. Children welcome! At your own risk.
