My family and I would love to invite you to our home. The house is located in a village called Ban Lak Sip which can be found halfway between Luang Prabang (9km) and Tad Sae waterfalls (5km). Please be aware of the distance! This place is especially for people who want to experience the local life. You will get a chance to experience traditional lifestyle at the house with a farm + a beautiful view of a mountain. You will become a part of small village and see what the life is here The space The house was build in 2017, so it is completely new but we preserved the Lao style. I have a total of 8 rooms, feel free to check out my other listings below. The room is found on the ground floor and sunny east side great light. There is air-condition and bathroom with a shower and toilet. You will sleep at the new mattress which help you to relax your back. Guest access There is a big common space which can be used as a living room or lounge. This room is amazing to sit in and have a rest after a whole day of traveling or to relax before you go for your adventure! If you want to cook something, you can use our kitchen, which has all the equipment you need for your cooking. The big table with a lot of chairs is a sure thing :). You can find a beautiful and big terrace on the first floor. You can enjoy here the sunset or sit and talk during some snacks at the evening. There are two entrances that you get keys for. You can lock your room and the windows for your feeling of safety. We also grow our own vegetables and fruit. You can actually sit under the avocado trees. During your stay Me as a local, who lives in the village, I can help you and give you all the information you would need for your stay. My family and I are happy to welcome you at our home! I have 8 rooms available. You can decide if you to want to be by yourself or participate in social gatherings like cooking together, BBQ, chilling in the garden together. Other things to note Please be aware that the house is 9 kilometres far away from Luang Prabang and you might need to use a bicycle, motorbike or car. You can also go by foot, just be prepare for that. There is an option if you are arriving by bus from the Vientiane - it is possible to ask driver to stop near my house! Luang Prabang offers many possibility to rent some vehicle.
