This beautiful, unspoilt detached 1820s gate lodge, with exposed beams, flagstone floor and eclectic decor, lies just a short stroll from the centre of the charming market town of Welshpool, with its fine selection of shops, inns and restaurants. Situated opposite the town’s train station for the Llanfair Heritage Steam Railway. Its location affords easy access to the gateway of wales. Uneven flagstone steps to 1 double bedroom. Sofa bed in living room and single bed via steep stairs. The space A spacious living room with high ceiling, tv and Wi-Fi. The chesterfield sofa opens out to become a double bed. The cosy equipped kitchen has an oven, grill, hobs, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle for all your cooking needs. Access a single bed in the lost space. The double bedroom has a gothic style bed and access to the bathroom which includes double basins and a shower facility. The orangey is a lovely space to read, chat, drink a cup of coffee and chill. The outside area has ample room and a 6 seated chairs and table to entertain guests in addition to a coffee sofa set located near the 4 seater hot tub. Bed lining, toilet roll and towels are included. Other things to note The property is just off the A458 with a private drive and large garden area. The property has views of the local Welshpool to llanfair steam railway and is across the road to a pub ‘The Raven Inn’. Guests have access to the tv, wifi, cooking appliances and a bath/shower. The sofa bed can sleep 2, a double bedroom sleeps 2 and there is a steep ladder with an upstairs single bed, however this is not suitable for young children as the ladder is steep.
