Kelpers Barn at Whistley Farm

Kelpers Barn at Whistley Farm, is a beautiful barn conversion , with wonderful views of the open countryside, which has a Fishing Lake and 4 hole pitch and putt course for exclusive use of our guests. The perfect place to stay for either sight seeing with all the many Tourist attractions nearby , or simply for relaxing in beautiful surroundings or enjoying the many countryside walks straight from the farm. The space Kelpers Barn sleeps four , all bedrooms are located on the first floor, the Master bedroom has a King size bed and an en suite , the twin room has two single beds and it's own wc and wash basin, they both have a tv in their room. The ground floor consists of a spacious kitchen/diner with all mod cons, there is also a spacious lounge which has a wood burner , underfloor heating , a large flat screen TV and french doors opening onto the garden. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor which has a large shower ,wc and wash basin. Guest access Kelpers Barn has a large safely enclosed garden with outside garden furniture consisting of loungers and a table and chairs for 4 , there is also a BBQ. There is a fishing lake (small fee applies) and a pitch and putt course available exclusively for our guests. Please contact us if you would like to fish as fishing rules apply .The fishing lake is situated about 100 meters from the barn down the farm gravel track. We regret that no ball games are allowed in Kelpers garden due to the large french doors of the property , though there is plenty of room by the lake for games. Please note that children must be supervised at all times. Other things to note Children must be supervised at all times , and not allowed to wander around the farm or by the lake unattended.
