There is also a ground-level screened porch that overlooks the backyard and is perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. This home is pet-friendly and offers a fully fenced backyard. Inside, guests are greeted with a newly updated kitchen and dining area. The large farm-style dining table offers seating for 8. The living room is comfortably furnished with a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The living room has a 42 inch Smart TV with cable and Roku. The Primary bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed and has an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms are tastefully appointed, with a Queen bed and TV in one room, and 2 twin bunk beds, for a total of 4 persons in the second guest bedroom. There is also a shared full bathroom in the hall with a tub and shower combination. The fourth bedroom addition is furnished with a King-size bed and has a bathroom accessible from the hallway.
