The space This comfortable house is in a rural location and offers enough space for 7 people for a relaxing holiday. Outside, there is plenty of space to play and romp on the lawns. The pool area is elevated with its two adjoining terraces and is of course equipped with sun loungers and garden furniture. It is also fenced, which means extra security for families with children (but please never leave your children alone in the outdoor area!). There is also a barbecue so that nothing stands in the way of cosy barbecue evenings. The house has a small dining room on the ground floor, another room which is also equipped with a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a single bedroom, a bathroom and a guest toilet. On the upper floor there is a cosy living room, three double bedrooms each with access to the terraces and a shower room. A great house for a carefree holiday! Price includes bed linen, towels for the bathroom, water, electricity consumption. A deposit of 300 euros in cash is due on arrival. Heating costs are charged at 1,90€/litre in cash. Since 1. July 2016 the government of the Balearic Islands has levied a tax for sustainable tourism, the so-called "Ecotasa", which is charged per person for the holiday rental of fincas, villas, holiday homes etc. 1. May – 31. October 2,20 €/night/person and 01. November – 30. April 0,55 €/night/person. (Changes by the government are possible. The current value always applies) The "Ecotasa" has to be paid cash at arrival.
