Will be accessible in near future Other things to note HOUSE RULES: Absolutely no parties or events, large gatherings are welcome within the capacity of 10. Anything deemed excessive of a large gathering will lead to automatic eviction. NOISE LEVELS: Guests should respect all designated quiets hours. Noise levels must be lowered after 11pm. Noise complaints will be met with a warning. PARKING DESIGNATIONS: guests should be mindful of designated parking locations and hours, and the number of cars that is allowed. Driveway (3 Vehicles) 1 Street Parking TRASH: Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash that exceed the neighborhood norm. UNWANTED PESTS: Pests control is on a scheduled maintenance (every 3 weeks) please shut back doors between going in and out to prevent unwanted pests. CLEANING FEE: $325 PETS: NO PETS ALLOWED ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. EXTRA GUEST FEES after 10 people: $50 per person per night for additional guest. Must notify host of any guests after house capacity of 10. POOL: There is a charge to have the pool heated. cost is $100 per day which is OPTIONAL and capped at 85 degrees Fahrenheit. *Note* Heater will run 24/7 throughout your stay. PLEASE NOTE: We will NOT accommodate to requests to run Jacuzzi and Pool heater simultaneously due to potential of overloading the electrical system that can pose safety hazards. We recommend scheduling the heating for one at a time, and we're happy to assist you with this to ensure you can enjoy both amenities comfortably. Please let us know in advance so we can have it heated for your arrival. Pool takes about 24 hours to heat. No Glass, Food, or Drinks inside the pool. SPA: To heat up the Spa, this is complimentary and heated for 4 hours a day. Please coordinate time with hosts. It takes about 40 min to heat to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Pool cleaning schedule: Monday and Thursday. Pool/Jacuzzi Area: Strictly no glass allowed. A $200.00 extra cleaning fee will be charged if any glass is found. SMOKING: No smoking indoors or around the pool. Allowed only outside of the home. Guest(s) must wash own dishes and follow check out rules.
