Kaipaki Loft House is centrally located in the heart of the Waikato Region. This home-away-from-home sleeps two+, and affords guests privacy and comfort in a relaxed country setting. Whether you are a golfing aficionado, here to take a well-deserved break, explore surrounding areas, attend an event or need accommodation not far from Waikato Hospital you'll find our Loft House the perfect place to base yourself. NB: under NO circumstances do we accept pre-wedding group bookings. The space Drive in and park right outside a private access which leads directly into the kitchen-diner. We provide a Continental Breakfast with a selection of hot beverages, free range eggs from our chickens, gluten-free and/or regular toast bread, standard milk and/or a dairy-free option, and spray-free homemade preserved fruit and jams. Venture through the cavity slider into a separate lounge with comfortable seating, a wall mounted television with Freeview and Netflix, and a variety of reading material. North facing french doors lead you to a deck and outdoor area perfect for barbecuing and relaxing. To the left of the main entrance is an outdoor power point suitable for a portable E.V. charger. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom, with shower, toilet, vanity and heated towel rail. The toiletries provided are soothing and nourishing, and are paraben and sulphate free. Please feel free to use the washing machine which has been installed for your convenience. At the top of the stairs awaits a well proportioned bedroom space with a comfortable queen-size bed. Opposite the bed is a wall mounted smart tv with Freeview and Netflix and located on the bedside drawers are power points and USB ports . A private landing is accessed through double doors, a superb spot to sit back and relax while taking in country views. As the sleeping area is a loft room there are head-height restrictions so please take extra care. Guest access Guests have sole use of all areas of the guest house, and the adjacent outside areas. Please feel free to wander around the property. However, we ask that guests don't access the area immediately around the main house, including the swimming pool and spa. Other things to note For your safety, sensor lights are placed strategically around the building should you arrive late, or need to walk around the building after sunset. The switches for these are inside and should be left in the on position.
