Private studio in waterfront location for 2 adults (sorry, we can’t cater for children). Relax up in the trees looking out over the estuary, with a north-west aspect. Separate from main house. The space This is a light and bright space with a great view. A luxurious king-size bed faces out to the water and there is a lovely ensuite bathroom. A well equipped kitchenette with fridge and microwave complements the living space with a well positioned couch and dining area. There is a heat pump installed for heating and cooling. Wifi and Ethernet are available, connected to the fibre network. Guest access The studio is completely self-contained, with offstreet parking available. Other things to note This second level studio ( built to capture the view!) is accessed by one flight of external stairs, separate from the main house. We live on site and occasionally have our grandchildren to visit so there may be daytime happy noise. The property overlooks an area close to one end of the local Raglan airfield, so there is the possibility that you will hear small planes taking off or landing. There is water access from the lawn for a couple of hours either side of high tide. This is a non-smoking property.
