Villa is just 90 minutes from Rome Fiumicino airport. 6 King bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. Lovely, yet comfortably, furnished so that several couples or families with children will all feel at home. The property has a Bocce court, an outdoor pizza oven & barbecue, and a ping pong table. Lavender bushes surround the pool, which has commanding views of the rolling hills of the Umbrian countryside. It is well stocked with kitchen equipment, extra linens, pool towels, puzzles, books, and outdoor furniture. Linens & towels are provided.
