The apartment is served by an elevator; entrance, living room with kitchen, large terrace, large bedroom and bright bathroom with shower. Wooden floors, equipped with all amenities: A/C, Wi-Fi, washing machine, Smart-TV, dishwasher, microwave, induction stove The property is in a quiet setting, convenient to all services, close to the center and strategic for the station and highway. The space The apartment is new and thoughtfully decorated. We wanted to recreate our little urban jungle, starting with the large outdoor mural that represents and identifies us! Small details frame a familiar and welcoming context: wallpapers, wooden parquet, natural light, large windows with motorized shutters. Particular attention has been given to environmental sustainability and energy saving: from solar panels to modular heating, in a plastic-free and as environmentally friendly as possible context. The entire building is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Guest access In addition to the apartment and terrace for their exclusive use, we have a garden shared with other guests. Other things to note Upon arrival, a valid ID will be required for registration and for the signing of the tourist rental agreement. Local regulations also require the payment of a tourist tax of €1.00 per person per day, which will be requested at check-in.
