Room 1 has a separate entrance from the house corridor or via room 2 (then used as a pass-through room). • Parking: You are welcome to use the large parking lot on the left side of the house in front of the garage free of charge (it can accommodate two smaller cars parked in tandem) and, upon availability, one of the two parking spaces at the house corner. • Very good transport connections to the A8 motorway and via the nearby B10 to the federal highways B27 / B14 / B29 in the region. Just a 15-minute walk to Esslingen main train station; from there, it's only an 11-minute train ride to Stuttgart main train station and 7 minutes to Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt (folk festival, stadium, or Porsche Museum).
