Cosy hut..Exeter!! Stunning views, chilled out..

This is our cosy and compact wooden hut.. still camping but with no soggy &/or baking hot tent, this space has great views over Exeter, just swing open the stable door for views of the city & surrounding countryside. You will have your own picnic table and brazier outside and will be surrounded by nature. We are a small, eco, off grid campsite so you will have peace and calm but you will still be only five minutes drive from the heart of the city of Exeter and loads of local tourist attractions. The space USEFUL INFO: 2 night minimum stay. You can see more photos etc if you look for us online at Exeter View Stables Camping. we provide duvet and pillows but please bring your own linen or alternatively you can hire from us on arrival for £10 for the duration of your stay (payable on arrival). we provide basic cooking equipment. sorry no dogs in the cabin (we allow dogs on tent pitches). shared, lovely eco compost loo and shower and changing room. books and board games to borrow. washing up facilities and recycling area. communal fire pit area and also your own off the ground bbq's/fires allowed. the space is suitable for two people as its compact and has one double bed, this can be 2 adults sharing the bed or 1 adult and 1 child sharing the bed. the hut has a gas twin hob stove, solar lighting (normal and coloured lighting) and the bed is also a day sofa. there is a usb charging point for phones/laptops etc but as we are off grid and we run solely off the sun please only charge low wattage appliances as not to drain the battery. you will have your own outdoor picnic table with parasol, a bbq and brazier and parking space. shared shower/toilet facilities on the campsite within easy walking distance. we have natural borehole water, we love it but you may prefer to bring your own bottled drinking water. firewood and our own free range hens eggs for sale.. subject to availability. please do not burn our trees/hedgerows on your fire/bbq, thankyou. we ask guests to lock the gate at all times on entering or leaving for security and also as we have free range animals. we will give you a gate code when you book. guests visitors are allowed up until 7pm unless previously arranged (maybe later but please ask first). please check with us first though as we have limited parking. they are welcome to stay in a tent for the night if we have room, but this will need to be authorised and paid for by 7pm. any visitors who havent been checked in will be asked to leave the site. check in is 2pm-5pm. this can be flexible though but please check before arrival. check out is 11am. under 2's are free but please be honest about your childs age when booking as to avoid embarrassment if they are clearly seen to be older on your arrival. please ask for the gate code before arrival if you havent received it on booking. just text/call us for it. we ask guests to respect other guests peace between 10pm-8am. any questions more than welcome and we look forward to seeing you. xx
