Resting on your deck chairs you can enjoy the view of a pond at the foot of the hill on the edge of the woods. Walking around you will admire stately villas of the 1600s and 1700s. In nearby cities, you will find museums, restaurants, and ice cream parlors; on the coast: beaches. The space The apartment, for your exclusive use, consists of a kitchen-living room equipped with everything you need for cooking; a bathroom and a large and bright bedroom. Outside you will have an exclusive space, for your privacy, of about 400 square meters equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs, and an umbrella. All the spaces you can see in the photos are for your exclusive use, except for the hammock area, at the back of the house, which is shared with guests of the other apartment. The room is equipped with an air conditioner to adjust the temperature and humidity to comfortable levels. A paddle fan is also available in the apartment. Guest access You will have the apartment, the equipped outdoor space and the parking for your car at your exclusive use. There are only two independent apartments in the building, so you won't have to share spaces with others.
