On the ground floor: a kitchen equipped with a large farm table, a fireplace (non-functional), a large living room with two sofa beds, a TV, a bathroom with toilet and a bathtub. Upstairs, a bedroom with two 160 cm beds, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a baby bed, a bathroom with a toilet and an Italian shower. A small private courtyard with a barbecue and a table. PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. The space Wi-Fi is available for free. The gîte is non-smoking. Toilet paper and towels are not provided. Plan to bring kitchen consumables (coffee, filter, salt, pepper, oil, mustard, sauces...) Parties or events are not permitted. No noise between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. A pet is allowed on request, €5/night It will not be able to stay alone in the cottage. Other things to note PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED UNDER PENALTY OF IMMEDIATE EXPULSION FROM THE ACCOMMODATION WITHOUT COMPENSATION.
