This large family house is newly renovated and in the perfect location for beach and ocean lovers. The space There is plenty of space and amazing views from this great beach house! Easy access to the beach, 5minute walk to local shops and restaurants. 3 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large fully equipped kitchen, dinning room and lounge that have all been newly renovated. Balcony with BBQ and outside seating perfect for soaking in the view. There is lots of outside space and parking so don't hesitate to bring your boat! Guest access Guest will have full access to the whole top story, basement and section (the flat down stairs is not included in the bookings) . There is a shed at the back of the property that a local fruit cart is stored in and put out on the side of the road daily, the people that put it out are our neighbours and don't have access to the house Other things to note Cooks Beach is a small place with only a general store for groceries so it pays to stock up before you arrive.
