Old presbytery, heated pool, wooded garden

Our former presbytery is located in a very small village in the Perche Sarthois, two hours from Paris. Built mostly in the 18th century, it was enlarged in 1860. Completely and recently renovated, it has lost neither its charm nor its soul. It has a secure and heated swimming pool and a large 3000 m2 wooded garden divided into several spaces. The house is certified "3-star furnished tourist accommodation" The space The presbytery is a large house of over 250 m2, ideal for a quiet vacation for families or groups of friends. You will have the house, pool and garden to yourself. The house is equipped to accommodate 11 people comfortably. For insurance reasons, the maximum capacity is strictly limited to 11 people. No extra mattresses or camping equipment will be allowed. It includes on the lower level: • A 48 m2 living room with an American pool table, TV and large stove. • A dining room – fully equipped kitchen of 28 m2 • A large bedroom (27 m2) en suite without a separating door with an office (15 m2). The bedroom has a king size bed that can be separated into 2 beds of 90, the office offers a bed of 90. • A shower room and an independent toilet serve this level. Upstairs: • The left and middle bedrooms are equipped with a king size bed that can be separated into 2 single beds. The left bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with toilet. • The right bedroom offers a standard size 140 double bed and two 90 bunk beds (the top bed is for children over 6 years old and of course adults). • A bathroom with toilet • The attic of nearly 80 m2, not partitioned, includes a laundry room and a laundry drying area, a play area for the little ones and a private area. The 8 m x 4 m pool is secured by an automatic shutter. It is heated by heat pump and open from May 1 to late September (dates and temperatures not contractual, dependent on weather conditions). Three baby cots plus two high chairs are available for children under 3 years old. The staircase leading to the floor does not have child safety gates. Parking for 3 cars. Garden furniture, ping-pong table, outdoor games, pool table, card and board games, children's books and toys, library are at your disposal. Guest Interaction For safety reasons, we only accept bookings with a detailed profile and an ID verified by Airbnb. As we do not live there, we communicate by email, phone or messaging but we will try to be there to welcome you and for your checkout. Other things to note: Sheets, towels and dish towels provided.
