The space Seafront apartment with luxurious furniture, located in the center of Perea area, right on the beach. The flat is on the 3rd floor and the view is breathtaking! Relax and enjoy the sunset and the sea, while being in bed, office chair, or any other spot of the flat. It is perfect for couples, families with a kid, single travelers, executives, or friends exploring the city. The flat has a large double-bed, a large sofa that can be used as a single bed and a smaller coach that a small kid can sleep in. There is also a baby cot available. In case you want to use the sofa and the baby cot for sleeping arrangements, please let me know beforehand. If you love swimming, than this is it for you! In less than 1min you are swimming in the sea or lying down in a deck-chair by the water, enjoying your cold drink! This designer flat offers ample natural lighting, air conditioning (for cooling and heating), security doors and windows (double glass windows, for better sound and temperature insulation), roll-down blinds for total darkness, super comfy double-bed, dinner table, couches, a large office, several storage places, a stereo and a cable TV and lastly the kitchen and bathroom that are fully equipped. There is a large aquatic park '' Waterland '' only 10 minutes away by car. Moreover, in the area between Perea and Thessaloniki you can find a mall with high end stores, cinemas, restaurants, bars etc named “Mediterranean Cosmos”, an IKEA home-ware shop and the ''Magic Park'', that is an amusement park. The nearest public hospital is only 15km away. In Thessaloniki there are a lot of popular spots to visit during your stay. The Archaeological Museum, the famous White Tower, the Byzantine Museum, the Agia Sofia church, the Macedonian Centre of Contemporary Art, the Helexpo Convention Centre and Aristotelous Square.
