A bright modern studio in the very center of Hongdae. Minimal yet warm with bright yellow accents, the studio is equipped with a full kitchen, fridge, washer(that has dryer function), AC, floor heating(even in the bathroom), a full bathroom, a Queen size bed(1500mm width), a spacious work station/table(1400mm width), and other meticulous amenities you may need. Located on the first floor of a 4 story house building (where my family lives on the top floor) with a separate entrance for you. The space We provide 24-hour luggage storage. We'll check you in as soon as you're ready. The room is very spacious. If you go up 9 stairs from the lobby, there is this accommodation, so it is easy to move your luggage even without an elevator. There are many large windows, so ventilation is good. The parking lot in the accommodation is available at any time. We ventilate for at least 4 hours after the guest checks out to prevent any odor. The entire building is owned by me and I live in the same building, so the management is very good. It is located 150 meters from Exit 6 of Hongdae Station, so the location is extremely good. If you take the airport railroad, you can come to the accommodation at once without transferring. The photos are real and there are no lies. There is a beautiful park of 7 kilometers, the longest in Korea, within a minute. The biggest advantage is that if you have a hard time traveling, the host will help you.
