Welcome to Périgord Pourpre, amidst castles, bastides, vineyards and gastronomy. The 4-star Gîte de la Truffière furnished tourist accommodation is a lovely located in the heart of the truffle fields. You will appreciate the calm and serenity of the place for holidays for families or groups of friends. Bergerac Airport is 15 minutes from the cottage. HEATED SALT WATER POOL IN USE FROM JUNE 1 TO SEPTEMBER 30 JACUZZI IN SERVICE FROM APRIL 1 TO OCTOBER 31 The space The cottage consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are on the ground floor with 160 cm beds. A very comfortable sofa bed is available on the mezzanine. A baby chair and a baby cot are also available. To relax, enjoy the balneotherapy bathtub in one of the 2 bathrooms. 2 toilets also make up the ground floor. A spacious dining room with direct access to the terrace. In addition, there is a cozy living room with its mezzanine and you will also enjoy the small relaxation area near the living room overlooking the countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, etc.). Upstairs is a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and a bedroom with a 140 cm bed. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have air conditioning. Also available are reading and games, bicycles, a ping pong table. The terrace gives you direct access to the pool and jacuzzi. A marked hiking path starts from the cottage and will allow you to take a very pleasant walk with direct access to the medieval village of Issigeac. The nearest village is Bouniagues located 2km from the cottage where you can find different shops (food, hairdresser, bakery, beautician...). A little further on, you will enjoy the good restaurants in the neighboring villages, markets (and especially that of Issigeac at 5min on Sunday mornings) where you will find regional products as well as taste the wines of our region (Monbazillac, Vignobles du Bergeracois...). The cottage is 15 minutes from the city of Bergerac, 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the train station of Bergerac, 25 minutes from the Bastide d 'Eymet and 2 hours from Sarlat where you will find regional products as well as taste the wines of our region (Monbazillac, Vineyards of Bergeracois...). The cottage is 15min from the city of Bergerac, 10min from the airport and 15min from Bergerac train station, 25min from the Bastide d 'Eymet and 1h30 from Sarlat and the mythical cave of Lascaux. Guest access The entire house is accessible for guests.
