We are located on a quiet street yet just a 5 minute walk to Lytham town center and Lytham Green / Festival. Lytham train station is only a 1 minute walk away and provides easy access to Blackpool, St Annes, Preston and beyond. The space A modern, duplex unit (split level, with its own internal staircase) within a large impressive victorian house, in the heart of Lytham. 5 minutes from Lytham Festival. This lovely bright spacious space has solid oak floors and quality modern furnishings throughout. Comprising of:- Private entrance off the porch. Vestibule hall leading to bedroom and bathroom (ground floor) Bedroom: Large bedroom with double bed, ample storage space, blackout curtains, and TV. Bathroom: Bath and over-bath shower (restricted height) Toiletries provided - Shampoo, shower gel Internal staircase leading to spacious lounge/ dining area and separate kitchen. Lounge: Table and seating for 4 people, 47 inch smart TV, large comfortable leather sofa. A 4-foot guest bed can be made up in the lounge (maybe a squeeze for 2 adults) Kitchen: Well equipped solid oak kitchen, fridge, microwave, toaster, plug in single hob. Ninja air fryer, pod coffee machine (a few pods to get you started). PLEASE NOTE there is NO OVEN. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Suitable .for business, couples and families. People with young children please be aware there are is an internal staircase (no stair gates). There is a £20 charge for dogs. Parking: There is usually free parking on the road. However, there is a car park only a few meters away. £2.90 day, cheaper for longer periods. Access from Station Square.
