It is located in a secure building with an access code, on the 1st French floor, without an elevator. Rue de la Huchette is a pedestrian street and a very lively district with bars and restaurants. The apartment is a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday evenings because it is a bar on the ground floor of the building and therefore the rental price takes this inconvenience into account. The apartment comprises: * Lounge/dining room with southern exposure. It has two large windows and it's equipped with a double fold-out sofa bed, 4 chairs, table, coffee table and wooden floors. * Fully equipped kitchen with kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, stove and refrigerator. * One bedroom with a double bed, closet, night table, and a private bathroom. * The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, and hairdryer. Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi Internet access, cable/satellite TV with hundreds of internationals channels and a washing machine. Sheets and towels provided. Please note that the Huchette street is a pedestrian and lively street, well known for its many restaurants and bars popular with tourists. It can be noisy especially on Friday and Saturday night. Close to the Pantheon; the Jardins du Luxembourg a wonderful historical French garden and of course the fashionable area of Saint Germain des Pres. Many ethnic restaurants are around the apartment and many shops and stores are close to it: bakery, butchery, supermarket, theater, restaurants, cafes, drugstores... Guest access Regular check in is from 2PM. A self check in may be proposed to ease your arrival. Regular check out is until 10AM. The guest will need to respect the house rules.
