Some of the barns have been redeveloped to offer ancillary accommodation for up to 26 people. Once outside the garden gate the valley follows the stream through ponds, ancient tracks and hilly pastures. The space There has been a homestead in this valley since Saxon times; it is even mentioned in the Domesday Book and was the home of the Chichester family during the 17th century. The family dominated this part of North Devon during its heyday of trade when nearby Barnstaple was a major port. The price shown is to rent the Farmhouse with 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower room.
