It is the sister property to our other property VRBO# 1106070 "The Crab Shack". The open floor plan allows for tons of sunlight. It has been newly renovated and decorated in a fun coastal beach theme. The master has a king size bed, private bath with large walk in shower and a walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom with adjacent bath offers a king size bed, a twin trundle bed and a walk in closet. There are 5 new flat screen tvs and free high speed internet. The new kitchen is clean, modern and fully stocked with all the dishes and cookware that you will need. The basic pantry items including coffee are provided. We provide paper products and laundry soap to get you started. There is a gas grill for your use. The laundry area has a new washer and dryer for all those wet beach towels There is a beautiful sun room with a wall of large glass sliders that allow the sunroom to be opened to the screened lanai. Enjoy your coffee watching the morning news on TV or breakfast on the screened lanai with a dining table and plenty of cozy seating. The lanai overlooks the canal, pool and huge travertine patio and game area. The backyard is fenced on 3 sides, plus it has a secure completely fenced safe pet area. There is a floating dock and some fishing poles for your use. You can cruise the canals or grass flats in the 2 kayaks that are provided. We have bikes for a ride around the quiet neighborhood or a quick trip to Public's grocery. The Pelican Place is located on a low traffic quiet street. The large salt water pool has a huge sun shelf with a shade umbrella for lounging and kids play. Beach chairs and pool towels are provided. Heating the pool is optional. Beautiful lighting at night creates a tropical resort experience around the pool. Free use of the pontoon boat for your entire stay. 70 horse motor, GPS, fish finder, depth meter. Boat US included if you break down or need assistance. You MUST have boating experience to use the boat. Guests are required to purchase a $89.00 accidental damage protection policy that provides $3000.00 of protection of accidental damage to the house and boat.
