A TV lounge located behind the main living room allows you to watch TV quietly without being in the main living room (ideal for children and parents...::). The "night" area upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. The attic is furnished and includes 1 double bed. The "day" part on the ground floor consists of a TV lounge (adjacent laundry room with all the necessary household and washing machine), a toilet, a main living room with its kitchen open to the garden and the swimming pool.
