Lovely light private room, good access to city.

My house is in a quiet suburb with good access to the city (Linear Park Trail 2 mins walk, Klemzig Obahn 10 mins walk), with a lovely garden and a spacious and comfortable bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm, and a dishwasher to clean up! The lounge is large and light, with a big sofa and tv. There is a clean and tidy shared bathroom and toilet/laundry, and a small veggie garden with lots of fruit trees out the back. You're welcome to the fresh produce while you stay! Other things to note There is direct access to the Adelaide Fringe and Festival area via the Obahn (public transport bus) that is only a 10 minute walk from my house. I don't take bookings of more than 13 nights (2week stays).
