A rare experience - The Yellow House is a delightfully bright and sunny flat in the most romantic part of Sofia. It offers the privacy of a gated garden (WITH PARKING) and a quiet street while being walking distance from the center of Sofia and half a block from Sofia's huge "Borisova Gradina" wooded park. A perfect location! FULLY EQUIPPED. Feel at home in Sofia, however long your stay. Our place is perfect for couples, families, long-stay travelers, digital nomad families, and expats. The space The Yellow House combines the character of an old Sofia home (with a gated garden and a free parking spot) with the modern conveniences of an updated flat. It's a quiet, spacious, and pleasantly bright flat surrounded by greenery. The apartment offers two bedrooms (three beds accommodate four guests), living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen for cooking, laundry washer & dryer, and bathroom with shower and toilet. New updated bathroom starting July 2020. The house is cozy and warm in the winter and naturally cool during the summer...but there are air-conditioning units just in case. WiFi and cable/smart TV. It's a quiet and safe location that is walking-distance to the center and the park, with close access to public transportation and lots of shops. The best part of Sofia's huge Borisova Garden is 50 meters away - perfect for a morning walk, jogging or bike riding. No big apartment buildings or elevators, enjoy the refreshing privacy of a house while in Sofia. Great to enjoy Sofia during these trying times. Parking is possible in the garden. On street parking requires a permit/payment as it is Green Zone. Guest access The spacious two-bedroom flat occupies the main floor of this unique, two-flat house. Other things to note There is internet/WiFi and cable television. ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION: Please be mindful of your electricity consumption. Electricity is not free (for hosts or the planet!). Please turn off the A/C or heat when you leave the apartment and turn it off/down during the night. Mining of bitcoin or other cryptocurrency will not be tolerated. *Note that we review guests' electricity consumption before we write a guest review, and if there is an unusual spike in consumption (we know the average at various times of the year), it will be reflected in the guest review.
