Little Hoops, converted barn close to coast

Little Hoops is just perfect for a break away whatever time of the year. Cool in the summer and cosy warm with underfloor heating in the cooler months. It has amazing old beams and thick character walls. Inside you’ll find everything you need for your stay. Although it is across from the drive of our house you will have total privacy with the bonus of us being on hand if needed. Pub nearby, shops 5 mins drive and the coast 10mins away. Our grandchildren say it’s a bit of heaven in Devon! The space Our barn is a cosy and comfortable space which has its own small courtyard at the rear of the property. The stable door opens into the spacious lounge/ kitchen area both with original beams and thick stone walls. Leading off from this space is the bathroom which has full size bath with separate shower over. The bedroom is accessed by three steps up from the lounge area and has ample storage space. Little Hoops has slate flooring throughout, all of which has underfloor heating making this a perfect place to stay whatever the weather. Hot water is plentiful. Both the bedroom and lounge have TV with freeview and DVD players. WIFI is available, the barn has its own connection. Guest access There is dedicated parking in the shared drive which is adjacent to the property, access to the property is to the rear through the courtyard making it a very private space. Other things to note Guests by agreement, are more than welcome to enjoy our large garden but please note you may be joined by our little jackapoo! There s a swinging seat to enjoy the far reaching views towards Dartmoor, perfect for relaxing.
