Little Hoops, cosy converted barn

Little Hoops is our cosy converted barn with original beams and underfloor heating throughout making it ideal for a break away at any time. We lovingly restored it with our family a number of years ago and have enjoyed making it a special place to stay, we often joke that it is far nicer than our own home! The barn has a courtyard garden with table and chairs and is close to the local pub, The Crealock Arms. The coast is a 10 min drive away while shops, cafes etc approx 5 mins in a car. The space Our barn is a cosy and comfortable space which has its own small courtyard at the rear of the property. The stable door opens into the spacious lounge/ kitchen area both with original beams and thick stone walls. Leading off from this space is the bathroom which has full size bath with separate shower over. The bedroom is accessed by three steps up from the lounge area and has ample storage space. Little Hoops has slate flooring throughout, all of which has underfloor heating making this a perfect place to stay whatever the weather. Hot water is plentiful. Both the bedroom and lounge have TV with freeview and DVD players. WIFI is available, the barn has its own connection. Guest access There is dedicated parking in the shared drive which is adjacent to the property, access to the property is to the rear through the courtyard making it a very private space. Other things to note Guests by agreement, are more than welcome to enjoy our large garden but please note you may be joined by our little jackapoo! There s a swinging seat to enjoy the far reaching views towards Dartmoor, perfect for relaxing.
