The outdoor spaces, characterized by simple and functional furniture, are completed by abuilt-in barbecue grill. The villa consists of a large living room, sitting room with dining area and sofa bed for two, a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom, one twin bedroom and a half bath for a total of 8 bed accommodations. The surroundings of La Ripostiera The villa is on the side of the hill of medieval Castro and it`s near theold town centrewith its beautiful castle, the walls and the shops or the coast, where you can taste dishes made with fresh fish. The villa is a few kilometers away from other famous tourist destinations such as Otranto and Santa Cesarea Terme. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - There are 3 bathrooms which of one has no shower. - Air conditioning in the living area and in the hallway. - Please note that payment of the security deposit of euro 350 is required upon arrival by credit card, cash or instant bank transfer. This amount will be returned within 7 days of check-out, unless damages are found. Guest access Outside the property features a well-kept garden with a comfortable area with barbecue equipped for outdoor dinning which offers a beautiful view over the sea. The main entrance opens into the elegant sitting room with a sitting area which is adjacent to the living room with a double sofa bed. The house also has a kitchenette, two double bedrooms both with private en-suite bathroom, twin bedroom and another bathroom without shower. The villa offers accommodation for up to six guests in the bedrooms, while two additional sleeps are offered with sofa-bed. Two of three bedrooms boast sea view.
