Our apartment has been designed to offer maximum comfort to anyone: from couples looking for a romantic getaway to large families who need space and practicality. The Space (Comfort & Accessibility) The house is entirely on one level and is completely free of architectural barriers: • Living Area: The heart of the house is a large open-space room that integrates a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a comfortable relaxation area with TV. There is also a dedicated smart working station, ideal for those who need a quiet corner to work. • Sleeping Area: Two mirrored and very spacious rooms. Each room has a double bed, a single bed and a private bathroom with a floor-level shower. This configuration guarantees total privacy even for two families traveling together. • Exteriors: Two large panoramic terraces await you. In summer they become the ideal place as a private solarium or for breakfasts and dinners under the stars. • Parking: Forget the hassle of moving your luggage! You will have a large reserved parking space right in front of the door, without any steps to climb. Location and Service The apartment is in the quiet village of Cagnò, where a short walk away you will find a convenience store, a bar, an ATM and (in summer) an excellent restaurant-ice cream parlor. Just 5 km away (Cles) you will have access to all the main services: hospital, tourist offices, large supermarkets and numerous restaurants. Experience the Val di Non all year round • In Winter: We are a short distance from the most famous ski areas, such as Madonna di Campiglio, Folgarida-Marilleva (departure Daolasa) and Andalo. When the weather is generous and the snow falls abundantly, the landscape becomes enchanted: you can venture out on evocative snowshoe hikes and have fun along the forest roads that turn into perfect sledding slopes. • In Summer: A paradise for nature lovers. For sports enthusiasts, the nearby Dolomites offer spectacular via ferratas. You can choose between the thrill of kayaking in the Novella Canyon, high-altitude hiking, downhill trails or relaxing at the numerous alpine lakes in the area. A few minutes away you will find the large Lake of Santa Giustina, with a beautiful children's playground and a starting point for exciting water excursions. • Culture: Val di Non is the land of castles; do not miss the opportunity to visit the many manors in the area, such as the suggestive Castel Thun or Castel Valer.
