Lorenz ... our sun-drenched 85m² large 3 rooms. 1st floor apartment on 2 levels with large rooms and open living studio under roof. The two separate bedrooms are double bed and two single beds. From the kitchen with dining area a staircase leads to the 2nd level into the living studio. The balcony overlooking the garden is also accessible from the kitchen. The space The apartment is equipped with old farm furniture and has been supplemented by modern furnishings. Towels are provided. However, bath sheets must be brought Guest access - Washing machine and dryer shared use - Lockable bike storage - Crib and highchair upon request - shorter periods of time on request Other things to note SPO is a place subject to a spa tax. The spa tax is charged to adults per day. It varies between 3 to 4 EUR depending on the season. I request the spa tax before arrival via AirBnB. Please bring your own bath sheets, salt, pepper, detergent/tabs. Only a small dog is allowed.
