If you are looking for a genuine experience of Lake Como, with a twist of glamour you found it! When mountains meets lake, a unique harmony is created. The space Casa La Cava is situated in Lezzeno in a excellent and sunny location overlooking the lake just a few minutes from Bellagio, famous resort of Lake Como. The western branch of the lake is one of the most beautiful areas in Lombardia. Lezzeno is perfect for any kind of activity as well as relaxing holidays. The apartment is a large attic very cozy with many windows and a balcony that give to it a lot of light and a stunning view of the lake. Just in front of the house there is Villa Balbianello, a wonderful villa located on a promontory in the middle of Lake Como. The living area has a comfortable sofa bed for one adult or two children, satellite TV with Italian and foreign channels, Wi-Fi and AIR CONDITIONING. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to make a perfect meal. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms one double and one single where there is the possibility to add a bed for another guest. In addition there is a laundry room. There is a cot bed for baby and hightchair as well. Just in front of Casa la Cava is a bus stop called "Folletto" n.13 which leads to Como (30 minutes) or Bellagio (10 minutes). SECURITY MEASURES COVID-19 • All areas of the apartment are cleaned to the highest standards using specific detergents /disposable cloths / sanitization. • Contact surfaces such as handrails, door handles, light switches, remote controls, etc. are disinfected with suitable products. • After each guest departure, every objects is sanitized. • Sanitizing gel is provided at the entrance to the apartment. Guest access CHECK -IN and PASSPORT REGISTRATION At the check-in we will request passports of everyone in your group for passport registration. This is for the local police and tourist stats for the Regione Lombardia. TOURIST TAX Please keep in mind that the municipality of Lezzeno charges a daily tourist tax of €1 per person ( children belong 13 years old are exempt) for the first 7 days of your stay. This amount will be collected in CHASH by at the check-in. Guests can get into the house freely with their personal keys without any constraints of time, apart from the time of check-in and check-out.
