The building has an elevator for easy access to each floor. A typical studio apartment, with no interior walls or hard partitions, allowing natural light and air to get in. The living area, the kitchen and the bedroom make the most of the space, creating a functional home for two people (a third person can be accommodated on the sofa, in the living room). A bathroom and some auxiliary spaces complete the apartment. Τhe unique aesthetics of the space is complemented by the works of the well known painter Paniaras which decorate few selected spots of our suite. The reception area is an extension of the kitchen. A security door with an electronic lock, an alarm and a smoke detector are available to make your stay as safe as possible. If necessary, the sofa can accommodate another person as it has the dimensions of a single bed. We suggest that you enjoy a cup of hot chocolate in front of the lit fireplace looking at the view and the city lights from the window. The decoration of the kitchen follows the general aesthetics of the apartment in simple lines, with black and white being the main colours. It is at a slightly lower level, thus uniting the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped so it is easy to prepare every meal (coffee maker, electric kettle, stove, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher etc.). At the end of the counter, up to four people can dine on kitchen stools. In the kitchen you will also find the washing machine. The bedroom features a double bed with a quality mattress and feather pillows by Dunlopillo, with nightstands, a desk area, a closet, and a TV. The dim lights, the wooden details and the painting with the blue shades create a tranquil place ideal for relaxing. The office space, overlooking the always green park of Kerameikos, has a comfortable chair for long hours of use, a large work desk and adequate lighting. You can use the closet to store your belongings. The bathroom features a large shower and all the necessary equipment. Shampoo, bubble bath, hand soap and towels are available for all guests. The apartment features a large veranda overlooking the park of Kerameikos and the railway. Feel free to take your breakfast in the sitting area or even enjoy a drink at night while looking at the illuminated Tehnopolis.
