In the summer, guests can take advantage of nearby hiking trails, pickleball courts, picnic tables, and charcoal grills, offering plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors. The covered patio is perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The kitchen is fully stocked with hickory cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including an electric range, dishwasher, and beverage fridge for extra storage. Whether you prefer a drip coffee maker or a Keurig, we provide both, along with essential spices, drip coffee, and K-cups. The king bedroom offers a comfortable retreat, while a spiral staircase leads to the loft bedroom, which is best suited for kids or more agile guests. The loft features two brand new twin-over-full bunk beds, a 65" Roku TV, a Nugget couch, and a pull-down shade to darken the space. The condo is kept comfortable during the warmer months with a mini-split air conditioning system. For added convenience, the condo includes in-unit laundry and is well-stocked with essentials. High-speed internet is included, making it easy to stay connected. Checking in is easy with keyless self check-in. The condo is just a short drive from town, where you'll find great restaurants, shops, and year-round activities. When winter arrives, enjoy true ski-in/ski-out access with the SnowPine Lift right next door. The Sunrise Lift is also just a short walk away. A ski locker is available during ski season for easy storage. Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire condo. Other things to note 🚶 Stairs from parking lot: Steps lead down from the parking lot to the building entrance. 🏠 Stairs to the unit: Additional stairs are required to reach the condo itself. ♿ Mobility note: These stairs may be challenging for older guests or anyone with mobility concerns. 🔄 Loft access: The loft is accessed via a narrow spiral staircase. 👶 Child safety: The loft may not be suitable for small children. 🚗 Winter driving: A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended in winter due to snow and ice. 🅿️ Winter parking limit: Two cars per unit on weekends and select holidays. 2 Guest parking passes are provided in-unit.
