Kitchen is fully equipped: side by side fridge has ice maker, dishwasher, new built-in microwave and there is a comfortable dining area. There is a stacking w/d, 1 full bath upstairs and 1/2 bath on the first floor. Beach necessities are provided: beach towels, beach umbrella, very comfortable beach lounge chairs. I am a phone call / text away and if there are any requests am available in a timely fashion. This is a great value for this location. Very clean and the location cannot be beat!
