Large garden with covered terrace with exterior dining table, barbecue area and a children's playground. Enjoy the sea views while dining outside! Walking down the garden you'll reach the private pool (completely rebuilt in 2022) with sun loungers. On the ground floor you will find the living room with dining table, sofa, TV and air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with another dining corner. Both the living room and kitchen have direct access to the garden and terrace. On this floor there’s a separate washing room with washing machine and dryer. One quadruple bedroom (2 single beds which can be put together + a double sofa bed) with a ceiling fan. This room has direct access to the garden, ideal for kids. Separate toilet with basin. Calella is one of the coast’s hotspots with beach bars, boulevard, nice restaurants and many shops. From the villa you can also easily reach the beautiful creeks and beaches of Sant Pol, the neighbouring town. The Costa Brava is a 20min ride. You can reach both Barcelona and Girona within 45min. * One set of bath towels per person is included. * Unfortunately we don't accept groups of youngsters, the minimum age is 28. *Touristic license nr.
