The apartment is located in a strategic street in the center of Rapallo. It is a 2-minute walk from the pedestrian area of Rapallo, 5 minutes from the beaches and the train and bus station. The area is very comfortable, served by numerous bars, 4 supermarkets, bakeries, shops and many other useful services. The space The house consists of a double bedroom, windowed bathroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and balcony overlooking both the room and the living room. The living room has a sofa bed. Bed linen, towels, pillows, blankets, soaps, hairdryers, pots and pans, cutlery and kitchen utensils, oven, iron, air conditioning, armored door, TV with connection to streaming services and free Wi-Fi are available. We offer guests water, coffee, milk and some breakfast snacks. Guest access The terrace is livable and offers the opportunity to dine out and spread. A table and two chairs are available. Other things to note Our guests will be asked to pay the accommodation tax of €2.50 per person, per day, for the first 10 days of stay and an identity document.
