At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with local shops within walking distance, come and enjoy this cozy cottage with terrace and small garden just minutes from La Rochelle and its beaches. Inside, you will enjoy a living room area with a convertible sofa bed, a kitchenette equipped with a dining area, and a bathroom/toilet. Upstairs, mezzanine with 140 cm bed and storage cabinet. Nearby, you can also stroll to Châtelaillon, Île de Ré or the Green Venice. Guest access Private parking space in front of the accommodation. Walking distance to shops (approx. 250 m). Other things to note * Bed linens and towels are not provided and must be brought. However, we offer you the possibility to rent them. Please let us know when you book. Rates: - Bed set (fitted sheet + duvet cover + 2 pillowcases) = €10 per bed. - Towel pack (1 large towel + 1 small towel) = €5 per person. Otherwise, plan to bring: - sheets for beds 140 x 190 (you have duvets dimensions 220 x 240, blankets and pillows 65 x 65) - bath towels * The accommodation is wooden and similar to a mobile home, so it can be quite hot in summer.
